Ordering custom apparel from Rocket Merch is simple. Here is what the process looks like from start to finish.

Step 1. Tell Us What You Need

Start by filling out a quick quote request. Let us know what type of gear you want, how many you need, and what you need it for. That is all we need to get started. If you are not sure where to begin, just tell us and we will help you figure it out.

Step 2. We Send You a Quote

We will review your request and send you pricing within one business day. No pressure and no obligation. We build the quote around your quantity and your budget.

Step 3. Approve Your Artwork

Before anything gets made, we send you a digital mockup showing exactly how your logo will look on each item. You can see the placement, sizing, and decoration method. If something needs to change, just tell us. We do not move forward until you are happy with how it looks.

Step 4. We Handle Production

Once you give the green light, your order goes into production. We take care of everything from there. Most orders ship within 10 business days of artwork approval.

Step 5. Reorders Are Easy

After your first order, we keep your artwork and product info on file. When you need more, just reach out. You do not have to start over from scratch.
